    MODELO DE PROYECTO - MANDATO

    Cuando se oferta el MANDATO, los elementos básicos son los siguientes:

    • Exclusividad de mandato mínima de 12 meses.
    • Comisión de éxito asociado a la venta efectiva de la compañía de entre 2 y 3,5% del Enterprise value (sin descontar deuda) obtenido.
    • El proyecto incluye siempre un coste de puesta en marcha a la firma del mandato, que se descontará de la comisión una vez cerrada la venta en caso de éxito. Esta etapa aborda la definición de la estrategia de venta, la generación del documento “teaser ciego” y el desarrollo del cuaderno de ventas.
    • No se percibe ninguna cantidad mensual por el servicio de intermediación, si bien todos los costes de desplazamiento a ubicaciones de la compañía (instalaciones, plantas, fábricas o núcleos de distribución) y eventuales visitas a clientes o proveedores corren por cuenta del cliente.
