REPORTS AS AN INDEPENDENT EXPERT
An expert opinion is a service that grants a means of evidence provided by an expert in the subject area required and on which the jurisdictional authority that requires it does not have specific knowledge of.
VALTECSA provides expert opinion, by motion of the party or legal, with valuation as the main component and within the economic, real estate and industrial fields, but complementarily across qualitative judgement, sectoral studies, and accounting and technical expert opinion. Additionally, it also includes the defence of our opinion in ratification procedures.
This is therefore an extensive service to all VALTECSA’s courses of action and provides the necessary support to all those customers that find themselves immersed in legal proceedings, arbitrations or before Administrations where they need clarification of those questions that are required by an independent expert.
